Research at the Dep. of Physics
The Physics Department hosts more than 200 research staff, distributed in 4 laboratories and 2 research centers of international renown. These are located in three buildings of the University Lille Campus Cité Scientifique (P5, C6 and CERLA) as well as in the IRCICA building, on the Haute Borne site.
The Department also hosts 3 Joint Measurement Centers, which operate in close collaboration with other departments of the University of Lille, as well as the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille and the Institut d'Électronique, de Microélectronique et de Nanotechnologies.
Finally, the research staff of the department collaborates closely with many regional institutions, including the Pasteur Institute of Lille, the Faculty of Pharmacy of Lille, the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (UPHF) and the University of Littoral - Côte d'Opale.
